I joined PHIT Fitness Academy in April this year I had had personal training previously and am also a member of Slimming World. Although have always exercised in 1 form or another and have stuck to healthy eating plans before had always struggled to lose the weight I wanted The combination of training and nutrition together offered at the academy has meant in 12 weeks I've become so much fitter and I almost can't believe this is a whopping 10 inches from around my waist. What has been so good is that the programme has incorporated my slimming world food plan into my nutrition so I feel am getting the best of both worlds. What I love though and have been surprised at how much is the training you need to attend a minimum of 4 times/week but the sessions are timed just right at 40/45 mins and all the trainers are excellent and encouraging and give you such good support.
Being older at 62 I feel this is future-proofing my health and fitness but not only that I feel strong and confident I would recommend anyone who is struggling with their health fitness weight gain to join the academy. As my eldest daughter said to me Mum you've found your best intervention yet.

The trainers are amazing and always on hand for advice and support and with their knowledge. I used to hate going to gym classes as always felt out of my comfort zone but here it's so friendly and no judgement and everyone has a laugh. The best decision I ever made was to join.
